These terms apply when you use devonroofingbuilding.co.uk (“the website”), which is run by Devon Roofing And Building SW LTD (“we”, “us” and “our”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. They are not the terms for any roofing or building work we do for you: see Quotes and work below.

Using this website

You are welcome to use the website to find out about our services and to get in touch with us. You must not:

• use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• send us enquiries that are false, abusive or spam, or use automated tools to fill in our forms;
• try to get into parts of the website or its server that are not open to the public, or interfere with the way it works;
• knowingly introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the website in any way.

Some of these are criminal offences under the Computer Misuse Act 1990, and we may report them to the police.

Information on this website

The website gives general information about our services. It is not advice about your own property. Every roof and building is different, and we can only advise you properly once we have seen the job.

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that it is free from mistakes or that every page is current.

The photos show examples of work we have carried out. The reviews were written by our customers on Google and are shown in their own words, although some are shortened. The Google rating and number of reviews were correct on the date shown with our reviews and will change over time.

Quotes and work

Our quotes are free and you are under no obligation to go ahead. Sending us an enquiry or a quote request through the website does not create a contract between us, and neither does a reply from us to say we have received it.

We do not give prices on the website. Any price we quote is for your job, based on what we have seen and what you have told us.

A contract for work is only made when we have given you a quote and you and we have agreed to go ahead. The work is then covered by that quote and any terms supplied with it, not by these terms.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Our content

We own, or have permission to use, the content of the website, including the text, photos, logo and design. You may view the website, and print or save pages, for your own personal use. You must not copy, republish or otherwise use any of it for business purposes without asking us first.

Links to other websites

The website links to other websites and services, such as Google and WhatsApp, to make things easier for you. We do not run them, and we are not responsible for their content or for anything that happens when you use them.

Availability
